About Acadia Park

Acadia Park is located in the heart of downtown Westville, Nova Scotia. It is a beautiful green space that includes a portion of the Trans Canada Trail, a playground, historic monuments, a pond, and a gazebo. Acadia Park is used by children, bikers, seniors walking groups, and town employees and serves as a means of connecting town members to each other, and to nature. Additional Comments:
Acadia Park is a very special place for the people of Westville. It is a one-stop shop for numerous recreational activities and social events. To have such a vast green space in a small town allows for community members to socialize and connect with one another and serves as the perfect venue for a variety of celebrations. Although our population is small in Westville, the sense of community is strong and we continue to use Acadia Park to celebrate who we are, and show just how much we love this town.
